Sunset Artists' Mission:

Sunset Artists Society artists came together in 1999,
bringing together artists of San Francisco's Sunset district.
One goal was to bring art lovers to the Sunset district's
artist studios during Open Studios month in October.
SAS artists seek to promote networking and discussion among
the Sunset's visual artists. The membership work together
to produce high quality community based art shows that are fun,
informative and easily accessible for local and regional residents.
SAS artists encourage their fellow Sunset district artists
to sell their work, as well as encouraging art lovers to
become art buyers of Sunset artists' work. SAS is what you,
the Sunset artist, make it. Participation in SAS is open to
artists living in or creating art in the Sunset.
